Cancellation Policy

Sessions

Payments for private sessions are paid prior to the scheduled session and non-refundable.

You can reschedule your appointment online up to 24hrs prior to your current schedule. If you fail to reschedule in less than 24 hours, you will be fully charged.

Courses and Retreats

 

• Deposits - Deposits paid for courses and retreats are non-refundable and non-transferable (between courses or individuals).

 

• Tuition - Tuition paid for courses and retreats are non-refundable and non-transferable (between courses or individuals), if your cancellation is made within 2 weeks of the Course or Retreat date.

 

• Tuition - Cancellations made 2 to 4 weeks before the Course or Retreat date - refund of 50% of the Tuition.

• Tuition - Cancellations made 4 and more weeks before the Course or Retreat date - refund of 100% of the Tuition.
